Privacy Policy

This policy describes what BookedSolid ("we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. We work with business data about local service companies; we do not run ads, we do not build consumer profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

1. Businesses we reach out to (prospects)

To decide whether our service could help a business, we collect publicly available business information: name, address, phone number, website address, ratings, review counts, and posted hours from Google Places, and technical signals from the business's own public website (page speed via Google PageSpeed Insights, and whether the site has a working contact form, click-to-call link, SSL, and mobile layout). We use this to prepare a written proposal and, where appropriate, to contact the business at its published business address.

2. Our clients

When a business becomes a client we additionally collect contact and billing details (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers). For a website project, we also collect the business facts, services, service area, domain-access status, content choices, and secure asset-share links the client submits. We explicitly do not request or store registrar passwords. If a client later purchases automation, we collect only the service-delivery metrics needed to operate and report on it.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share data only with the providers we need to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• GoHighLevel — the platform on which client services (calls, texts, pages, campaigns) are delivered.
• Instantly — delivery of our business-to-business outreach email.
• Google — Places and PageSpeed Insights, used to collect the public business data described above.
• Fly.io — hosting for this application.
• Tigris Data — private storage for generated website images and immutable site files.
• OpenAI — generation of regional, unbranded illustrative website imagery. Client passwords and website-visitor form submissions are not sent for image generation.
• SendGrid — transactional delivery of project messages and website quote requests to the intended business recipient.

Each provider receives only what it needs for its function. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.

4. Visitors to websites we host for clients

If you submit a contact or quote form on a client website hosted by us, we process the name, contact details, service choice, message, consent record, and limited security metadata needed to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. We deliver the request to that business and retain the record only as needed for delivery, security, support, and legal obligations. The business receiving your request is responsible for how it responds and for its own privacy practices. We do not sell form data or use it for advertising.

5. Email and opt-out

Every outreach email we send identifies us, includes our mailing address, and carries a working unsubscribe mechanism, as required by CAN-SPAM. Opt-outs are honored promptly and permanently via a suppression list; we will not email a suppressed address again.

6. Retention

Prospect data is retained while it is relevant to preparing or offering our services; proposal pages expire automatically. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted.

7. Your requests

To ask what we hold about you or your business, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email hello@bookedsolid.site. We respond to every verified request.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above; material changes affecting clients will be notified by email.
